Askey Wi-Fi 7 AP is a tri-band enterprise-grade indoor access point designed for offices, stores, and factories, providing comprehensive Wi-Fi coverage. It supports 320MHz bandwidth, 4096-QAM, and Multi-Link Operation (MLO), delivering exceptionally high network capacity and throughput. EAP includes a built-in AP controller, automatically assigning one AP as the controller for the group, managing RRM and other functions for the entire group. If the AP controller fails, a new controller will be automatically elected within minutes, restoring the network to normal operation. Such an architecture eliminates the need for costly dedicated AP controller and its backup, with each controller capable of managing up to 64 APs in the same group.

The built-in AP controller will monitor AP loading and client location, steering clients to the most suitable APs. It also provides detailed statistics to cloud management, allowing IT staff to track traffic distributions and optimize the network performance. The AP controller features RRM function, which monitors all RF signals across the area, performing global channel assignments and TX power adjustment to reduce interference and enhance coverage. Plus, it detects and reports any rogue APs not part of the same network to the cloud manager.

Askey Wi-Fi 7 AP supports full enterprise functions, including VLAN, WPA2/WPA3 enterprise security, QoS and more. It applies both 12V DC and POE++, offering maximum installation flexibility for ceiling and wall mounts. With the included mounting kit, it supports T-rail, ceiling and wall mounts, ideal for enterprise environments.
