RC40 Warranty Service
The RC40 main body part includes a 1-year warranty service, while accessories such as the battery, battery charger, and handle, etc. are covered for 90 days.Our standard warranty service covers the following:
- 5 days of help desk and Level 2 support service.
- Creation of a problem ticket to monitor service status.
- Shipment of replacement parts within 2 days once faulty parts are received.
- Provide of a final solution report via email.
Askey offers 2 extended service packages with 1, 2, and 3-year plans, which customers can purchase within the first 30 days following the product purchase. The package is still available before end of the warranty period but the price might be higher, please contact to your Askey reseller.

Standard Extended Service Benefits
- Askey provides repair and replacement services and is ready to ship back the product within 2 business days after the faulty part is received.
- Askey has a toll-free help desk to assist customers for 5 days (M-F, 8 AM to 5 PM).
- DHL Ground is used for shipments.
- Askey creates a ticket to monitor the status of each problem report.
- Askey provides a solution report via mail.
Premium Extended Service Benefits
- Askey provides advance hardware replacements and ships out within the same business day (if the customer reports the issue before noon) or on the next business day (if the customer reports the issue after 12 noon).
- Askey has a toll-free help desk to assist customers for 7 days (8 AM to 5 PM).
- DHL Air or Ground is used for shipments (Air is preferred for faster delivery).
- Askey creates a ticket to monitor the status of each problem report.
- Askey provides a solution report via mail.
